Last week we participated in the first annual Prescott BBQ days. The weather was great, the food was wonderful and the company was superb.

Both of us are KCBS CBJs so we put are "skills" to good use judging this contest.

Its kind of hard to see here but Krissy and Mom got in on the judging and judged the backyard Chili contest.

Krissy, I and Laura went to Phoenix this last weekend to volunteer answering phones at the Jerry Lewis MDA telethon. Mike (he runs the BBQ forum I frequent) has been doing this for the last 18 years or so with his family. The last few years he has set it up as a club activity and this was the first year was were able to participate. We had a great time. We will for sure be going again next year!!

Audrey started a new preschool the other day and needed new shoes. Here she is all ready to go with her new backpack and new shoes. She is really enjoying her new school, it is much more a "school" and much less a "daycare" than her last place!
